On April 27th Institute of International Relations and Political Science of Vilnius University (IIRPS VU) invites you to the public lecture by dr. Rafal Lis “Polish Politics: History and the Present”, which will take place at the IIRPS VU (Vokieciu str. 10), room 402, at 5:00 p.m.

Speaker will comment on the last controversies over the constitutional law in Poland, including the Constitutional Tribunal and the debate over the condition of Polish democracy and constitutionalism.

Rafal Lis holds a PhD degree from Jagiellonian University, Kraków (Institute of Political Science and International Relations), where in 2006 he defended the dissertation on the main political and legal conceptions of the Scottish Enlightenment.
