Public lecture by Jim Cloos “The way forward for the EU project”

Institute of International Relations and Political Science of Vilnius University (IIRPS VU) in cooperation with Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania invite you to the public lecture by Deputy Director-General for General and Institutional Policy at General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union Mr. Jim Cloos titled “The way forward for the EU project“. The event will take place on 14th of November, 4:45 p.m. at the IIRPS VU (Vokieciu str. 10), room 304.

In spring of 2017 President of European Commission Mr. Jean Claude Junker introduced the White Paper on the future of the European Union. This paper includes five scenarios that offer a glimpse into the potential future state of the Union, depending on the choices Europe will make in the context of complex challenges. In his lecture Mr. Cloos will talk about these challenges and European future and reforms.
