Mr. Franco Frattini lecture “Stronger Transatlantic Alliance and Europe Together for Protecting Citizens”

IIRPS VU in cooperation with the Embassy of Italy in Vilnius invites you to participate in a lecture given by Former Italian Foreign Minister and Vice President of the European Commission Mr. Franco Frattini. November 26th (Tuesday) from 11.30 a.m. – 1 p.m., Conference Hall (4th floor).

Topic: “Stronger transatlantic Alliance and Europe together for protecting citizens”

Mr. Frattini is President of the Italian Society for International Organization (SIOI), Chair of the ad hoc EPP Group for Foreign Policy, Chamber President to the Italian Supreme Administrative Court (Conseil d’Etat) and Member of the Commission for the Constitutional reforms (Letta government). He is the Official Italian Candidate to the NATO Secretary General .

Earlier in his career Mr. Frattini was Minister for foreign Affairs (2008-2011 and 2002-2004), Chair of the EPP Foreign Affairs Ministers’ Group (2008-2011) and Vice President of the European Commission and Commissioner for Justice, Freedom and Security (2004-2008).
