Graduated with a BSc in Economics, Politics and International Studies from Warwick University, UK. In 2014 got an MA at International Relations and Diplomacy from Vilnius University’s Institute of International Relations and Political Science. In 2020 defended his doctoral dissertation titled “Poland’s Relations with Russia 2001-2013: Attempts at Normalisation” (supervisor Prof. Tomas Janeliūnas). Completed research visits at Warsaw and Kraków universities.
