I started studying for a PhD in political science in 2023.
I hold a MSc in Econometrics and have over 10 years of professional experience in data analytics.
In 2017, 2018, and 2024, I taught a postgraduate course on causal inference and quantitative methods at Vilnius University.
In 2016, a counterfactual impact evaluation study I conducted in collaboration with the Public Policy and Management Institute received the ‘Best Completed Evaluation’ award from the European Commission.
